Leadership Crisis

The part of the work I like best

The Leadership Crisis Challenge, run by the Sanger Leadership Center at the University of Michigan: you and your team are the senior executives of a company hit by a simulated business and media crisis, and you have to strategize your way through it — thinking on your feet, making calls with incomplete information, holding your poise under pressure.
